Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

A cancellation link will be sent with the product download email when a subscription is made. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the paid period. When your subscription ends you will no longer have access to the content or be able use it for any commercial purpose.

You are subscribing to a commerical licence of our Freeroam Content. This is billed monthly at the above rate per user.

All sales are final. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of product delviery a refund can be requested. If approved the subscriptoon will end imeditally and you will no longer have access to the content or be able use it for any commercial purpose.

PayPal refunds typically re-appear in a customer’s account within 48 hours of requesting the refund.

Refunds via credit card typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into a customer’s account.
